In his practice, Argišt Alaverdyan (b. 1991) depicts fictional worlds as transitions, or as processes in which boundaries blur. Glimpses into these worlds may materialize as a variety of entities, phenomena, or temporary configurations. By translating them into abstracted and/or metaphorical form, he explores game principles as well as social and environmental questions.
